Now is the time to bring your expertise to Insight. We are not just a tech company; we are a people-first company. We believe that by unlocking the power of people and technology, we can accelerate transformation and achieve extraordinary results. As a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator with deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge, we guide organizations through complex digital decisions.

As a Solutions Principal Sr, you will be responsible for shaping complex AI infrastructure opportunities from early executive engagement through solution strategy, delivery approach, and customer confidence. We will count on you to work in close conjunction with AI Specialist Solutions Architects, sellers, partner teams, and delivery leaders to ensure Insight is positioned as a trusted advisor for enterprise AI infrastructure decisions. Along the way, you will get to:

• Establish trust in priority accounts by engaging customer executives and senior technical stakeholders around AI infrastructure strategy, economics, governance, operating model, and time to value.
• Frame the customer decision so Insight is seen as a strategic advisor rather than only a hardware, platform, or bill-of-materials provider.
• Stay engaged through the pursuit lifecycle at the level of strategy, value, delivery approach, risk, and executive alignment while AI Specialist Solutions Architects lead the detailed technical motion.
• Guide deal strategy in partnership with sellers, GTM leaders, AI Specialist Solutions Architects, delivery leaders, and practice leadership.
• Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. When you bring your hunger, heart, and harmony to Insight, your potential will be met with continuous opportunities to upskill, earn promotions, and elevate your career.

What we’re looking for

• Experience operating as a senior strategic advisor in complex enterprise infrastructure, AI infrastructure, cloud, data center modernization, or hybrid platform opportunities.

• Ability to lead executive and senior technical conversations while leaving detailed BOM creation, component-level sizing, and hands-on design execution to aligned Solutions Architects and engineering teams.

• Strong understanding of GPU-accelerated infrastructure, AI platform architecture, hybrid deployment models, and the operational considerations required to move from pilot to production.

• Ability to translate customer business priorities into solution strategy, delivery approach, risk considerations, and measurable outcomes.

What you can expect
We’re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community. We want you to enjoy a full, meaningful life and own your career at Insight. Some of our benefits include:

• Freedom to work from another location—even an international destination—for up to 30 consecutive calendar days per year.

But what really sets us apart are our core values of Hunger, Heart, and Harmony, which guide everything we do, from building relationships with teammates, partners, and clients to making a positive impact in our communities.
