Entry-Level Full Stack Developer (Remote)

Concord AI builds local-first tooling so AI coding agents can coordinate. Its core project, concord-mcp, is open source under the MIT license: an MCP collaboration layer that gives coding agents — Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Grok Build, Goose, and any other MCP-capable client — one shared workspace inside your repository.

Through that workspace, agents claim files and modules before editing so they don't overwrite each other's work, send direct replyable messages across different harnesses, record decisions and task context that survive context compaction and ended sessions, hand off unfinished work with explicit accepts, and assemble review packets with scope, tests, and provenance before a PR. Work-state lives locally in the repo, so every agent in one checkout shares the same source of truth without a hosted sync service.

The team also publishes guides and research on multi-agent coordination: claims before edits, cross-harness messaging, worktree and shared-environment conflicts, stale-claim recovery, and reviewing code a person did not write.
