Job DetailsJob Location: Phoenix - Phoenix, AZ 85051Position Type: Full Time The System Administrator and AI Enablement Specialist leads the deployment and administration of Brava to power modern, AI-enabled hotel operations. This role combines technical system expertise with strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration to centralize workflows, unify data, and activate AI across the organization. The ideal candidate is both hands-on and visionary, capable of translating business goals into scalable, technology-driven solutions. Duties & Responsibilities Administer and deploy Brava as an enterprise operational platform Integrate AI tools and enterprise systems into unified workflows Design and maintain AI-enabled automation solutions Collaborate with department leaders to align technology with operations Train users and support adoption of AI-driven tools Qualifications Education & Training Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience Training or experience in system administration, automation, or AI platforms Knowledge & Skills Knowledge of workflow automation, data integration, and system administration Experience with AI platforms and orchestration concepts Strong understanding of data normalization, metadata, and APIs Collaborative leadership and communication skills Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
