AI Implementation Specialist (Boston, Hybrid)

Among other accolades, we are a 5-time Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America honoree.</p><div><br></div><p>We are currently looking for an <strong>AI Implementation Specialist</strong> based in the <strong>Greater Boston area</strong> to join one of our US-based clients through a <strong>contract-to-hire engagement</strong>.</p><div><br></div><div><strong>About the role</strong></div><p>The AI Implementation Specialist will be the hands-on builder behind the client's enterprise AI initiatives. This role is responsible for configuring, deploying, maintaining, and continuously improving AI-powered solutions across multiple business units.</p><p>The ideal candidate enjoys building automations, integrating systems, and turning business requirements into practical AI-enabled workflows and applications.</p><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsabilities</strong></div><ul><li>Build and maintain AI-powered workflows, automations, assistants, and business applications.</li><li>Develop solutions using low-code/no-code and AI platforms such as n8n, Microsoft Power Platform, Supabase, and similar technologies.</li><li>Configure, test, and optimize AI agents, copilots, dashboards, and reporting solutions.</li><li>Support integrations, data mapping, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.</li><li>Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external development partners.</li><li>Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve deployed AI solutions.</li><li>Assist with documenting processes, workflows, and implementation best practices.</li><li>Help identify opportunities to automate and optimize business operations through AI.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements</strong></div><ul><li>3-7 years of experience in workflow automation, systems implementation, software operations, analytics, or related technical roles.</li><li>Hands-on experience with platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, Make, Zapier, Retool, or similar automation tools.</li><li>Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.</li><li>Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Supabase, or equivalent technologies.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Azure, OpenAI, Claude, Copilot Studio, or similar AI ecosystems.</li><li>Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, SQL, or related languages.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Nice to have</strong></div><ul><li>Experience implementing AI agents and conversational AI solutions.</li><li>Exposure to Azure AI Services.</li><li>Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools.</li><li>Familiarity with enterprise application environments.</li><li>Previous experience supporting AI or digital transformation initiatives.</li></ul><div><strong>What we offer</strong></div><ul><li><strong>Location:</strong> Greater Boston area (hybrid/on-site as required by the client)</li><li><strong>Type:</strong> Contract-to-Hire</li><li>Long-term opportunity</li><li>Direct exposure to enterprise AI initiatives</li><li>Opportunity to work closely with business and technology leaders</li></ul><p>If you are passionate about building practical AI solutions and enjoy turning ideas into production-ready workflows and automations, we'd love to hear from you.</p><div><br></div><p><strong>Please, no agencies or C2C.</strong></p>
