Copilot AI Solutions Architect

MAIN FUNCTION:

The Copilot AI Solutions Architect helps PNY employees and business teams use Microsoft Copilot and low-code AI agents in their daily work. You will design and build practical solutions, then help people use them well. That means finding good opportunities, building agents and workflows, running role-based workshops, and helping departments measure results.

This is a hands-on build and enablement role, not a tier-1 support role. You will own Copilot and low-code solutions at the department level. Work that needs Azure, pro-code development, or enterprise data integration goes to the AI Engineering and Platform team. You will work closely with HR, business leaders, IT, and Security, within approved technology and governance standards.
