JOB SUMMARY
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain software systems that support AI-enabled radiology research, clinical operations, and workflow automation. The immediate focus of this role will be developing C#/.NET Windows and python applications that integrate with radiology, imaging, and healthcare information systems to support radiologist workflow efficiency and AI assisted operations. The ideal candidate has strong C#/.NET experience, works well with relational databases and is comfortable integrating applications with enterprise or clinical systems. Experience with healthcare workflows, EHR integration, modern authentication, observability, and full-stack development is highly valued. Please note, incumbent must reside in Texas or be willing to relocate.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required
- Education
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
- Experience
5 years Experience in software development skills and
Demonstrated experience in a specific application development as determined by the division including custom lists and web parts.
Experience includes established SQL Server 2005/2008 background that includes SQL queries and stored procedures
JOB DUTIES
- Provides leadership during all phases of software application development lifecycle.
- Configure and perform routine maintenance the assigned system.
- Coordinate with application developers, managers and customer application experts to ensure that required features and modifications are included in the appropriate releases to support cross-over product features and to communicate architectural designs and standards.
- Work with product development teams and senior designers on complex projects to develop architectural requirements to ensure client satisfaction.
- Evaluate new technologies and software products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities within the company's products.
- Work with stakeholders to develop effective taxonomies to implement in the specific system.
- Reviews progress and results; recommends changes in procedures and reviews progress with management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
