Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with experience in Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs/SLMs), full-stack development, and cloud-native application engineering to build and deliver production-grade AI-powered solutions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications using technologies such as RAG, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and agent orchestration frameworks. This role combines modern frontend development with React and TypeScript/JavaScript, backend engineering using Java and Spring Boot, and scalable microservices deployed on AWS.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, deploy, and operate secure, reliable, and scalable AI-driven applications that solve real-world business problems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong software engineering experience building and supporting production-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs/SLMs, RAG, MCP, and/or agent orchestration frameworks.
- Strong frontend development experience with React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Backend development experience using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Experience designing and deploying applications on AWS.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless computing, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Spinnaker, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of automated testing, performance testing, and load testing practices.
- Experience with application monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python for LLM engineering, data processing, automation, and developing lightweight services.
- Experience building AI evaluation frameworks, testing harnesses, or automated evaluation workflows.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI integration, secure application development, and production deployment of AI-powered solutions.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and delivering solutions at enterprise scale.
