Job Summary

We’re building foundational infrastructure to secure AI agents, designing intelligent, dynamic mechanisms for access control, secrets management, and agent identity. You’ll help define how machine and human-facing agents authenticate, obtain scoped access, perform actions securely, and leave a verifiable audit trail. This is a unique opportunity to build a platform from scratch at the cutting-edge intersection of AI, identity, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design and development of secure, scalable services for AI agent identity and secrets management.
• Manage agent authentication flows and real-time access policies to ensure reliable, least-privilege access.
• Lead the evolution of MCPs and agentic AI, transforming innovative ideas into scalable systems.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to shape and deliver high-performance platform components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code that protects critical systems and sensitive data.
• Drive cross-functional efforts with AI and security teams to gather requirements and influence design.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience, preferably in infrastructure, identity, or security.
• Strong proficiency in writing scalable backend code in languages such as Go and Python.
• Experience designing and implementing secure authentication flows, access controls, and distributed systems.
• Demonstrated ability to build foundational platforms from scratch in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI agents or modern AI ecosystems.
• Familiarity with ephemeral access control, zero-trust architectures, and secrets management.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional engineering initiatives to successful delivery.
