You work directly with customers to develop, customize, and deploy BMC’s agentic AI in real operational environments. Combining hands-on software engineering with domain understanding and close collaboration with end users, you turn product capabilities into working, valued solutions and feed field learning back into the product.

Here is how, through this role, you will contribute to BMC’s and your own success:

Deploy, configure, and customize BMC’s agentic AI in customer environments (on-prem, hyperscaler, or OpenShift), ensuring value from Day 1.
Take ownership of features and integrations end-to-end, even when requirements are incomplete or evolving.
Build integrations with customer systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Support proofs-of-concept and pilots end-to-end; resolve technical and business blockers; keep stakeholders informed.
Work directly with customers across regions/time zones, with travel as required.
Act as a trusted technical advisor on agentic-AI adoption with human-in-the-loop, governed approaches.
Bring field learnings back to product and engineering based on real usage.
Contribute pragmatic engineering standards — CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
Lead technically ambiguous customer engagements where success criteria evolve.
Make tradeoffs among customization, product fit, security/governance, and time-to-value.
Mentor peers on customer engineering practices and communication.
Influence product/engineering priorities with structured field evidence.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

Typically, 5–9 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Python and software-engineering fundamentals; LLM/RAG/agents/prompt engineering literacy (depth scales with level).
Enterprise systems/API integration; cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Containers/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) and CI/CD as level requires.
Excellent verbal and written communication; customer comfort scales with level.
Rapid prototyping and ownership; willingness to travel as needed.
End-to-end customer delivery ownership for AI or complex enterprise software.
Operates with incomplete requirements and still drives outcomes.
Executive-ready communication without losing technical accuracy.

The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.

At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is zł 251,025 - zł 418,375
