Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on AI professional who can design, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience implementing enterprise AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), workflow automation, and modern AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions for business processes and decision support.
• Build AI applications and workflows using GPT, Claude, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, and related technologies.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing business systems, applications, and workflows.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver practical AI solutions.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Develop scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications with a focus on user adoption and business value.
• Identify and implement AI automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Monitor and continuously optimize AI solution performance and user experience.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong understanding of AI workflow design, including orchestration, validation, and user adoption strategies.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and platforms such as GPT, Claude, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience building AI-powered applications, assistants, copilots, RAG solutions, or workflow automation systems.
• Strong background in API integrations, enterprise systems, and automation workflows.
• Ability to independently lead projects from requirements gathering through deployment and support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, or Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents.
• Proficiency in Python and modern cloud-based application development.

Not a Fit If 

• Primarily focused on AI research or model training.
• Limited to proof-of-concepts or prototype development.
• Seeking strategy-only, advisory, or non-technical leadership roles.
