- Author content for, and help facilitate, enablement workshops and office hours
- Participate in and help lead skill-based guilds that foster knowledge sharing
- Support hiring by conducting interviews and helping update interview materials
- Champion NeuraFlash delivery standards and best practices across your team and accounts
- Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering technology solutions, including experience with Agentforce or other generative AI-driven platforms
- 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring delivery team members such as architects, developers, and consultants
- Demonstrated ability to balance billable client delivery work with team leadership responsibilities

- Strong communication skills, comfortable moving between technical delivery conversations and people-management conversations
Preferred Skills:
- Experience designing or facilitating enablement content (workshops, office hours, guilds)
