We are proud to be creating the future of generative AI and AI agents. Salesforce has launched Agentforce, and NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, was selected as the only partner for the private beta prior to launch. Post-launch, we’ve earned the distinction of being Salesforce’s #1 partner for Agentforce, reinforcing our role as pioneers in this transformative space.

Be part of the NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture journey and help shape the next wave of AI-powered transformation. Here, you’ll collaborate with trailblazing experts who are passionate about pushing boundaries and leveraging technologies like Agentforce to create impactful customer outcomes. If you’re ready to make your mark in the AI space, NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is the place for you.

As a Manager, AI & Agentforce Delivery, you will lead a team of delivery professionals who design and build Agentforce and AI-powered solutions for our clients. You'll balance hands-on project delivery with people leadership: staying close to client work as an individual contributor while managing, mentoring, and growing the teammates who report to you.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Deliver hands-on client project work as an individual contributor, staying current with Agentforce and Salesforce delivery practices
  • Lead and own complete project technical solution design, including designing and understanding agentic topics, instructions, actions with corresponding automation/code, agent deployment methods, and supporting data structures
  • Explore the limits and push the boundaries of automated agents, finding novel solutions to drive business outcomes
  • Manage a team of Experience Architects, Technical Architects, Consultants, Developers, and/or similar technical delivery roles
  • Provide mentorship, career guidance, and regular performance feedback, including corrective action when necessary
  • Own forecasting and staffing input for your team, in partnership with delivery and operations leadership
  • Coordinate and lead solution design reviews to maintain quality and consistency across client engagements
  • Author content for, and help facilitate, enablement workshops and office hours
  • Participate in and help lead skill-based guilds that foster knowledge sharing
  • Support hiring by conducting interviews and helping update interview materials
  • Champion NeuraFlash delivery standards and best practices across your team and accounts
  • Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering technology solutions, including experience with Agentforce or other generative AI-driven platforms
  • 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring delivery team members such as architects, developers, and consultants
  • Demonstrated ability to balance billable client delivery work with team leadership responsibilities
  • Experience giving performance feedback, holding career development conversations, and managing corrective action processes
  • Experience participating in hiring for technical roles, including conducting interviews
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable moving between technical delivery conversations and people-management conversations

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience designing or facilitating enablement content (workshops, office hours, guilds)
  • Certifications relevant to architect-level roles
  • Experience forecasting and managing staffing/resourcing for a technical team
  • Prior experience specifically delivering Agentforce projects
  • Familiarity with multiple foundational LLMs, prompt engineering frameworks, and AI orchestration tools
  • Understanding of enterprise AI integrations, RAG architecture, and fine-tuning strategies

  • Peer interview (Video) - 45 minutes
  • Panel interview with real-time exercise (Video) - 60 minutes, covering both a hands-on architecture exercise and management scenario discussion

What’s it like to be a part of NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture?

  • Remote & In-Person: Whether you work out of our HQ in Massachusetts, one of our regional hubs, or you're one of over half of our NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture Family who work remotely, we’re focused on keeping everyone connected and unified as one team.
  • Travel: Get ready to pack your bags and hit the road! For certain roles, travel is an exciting part of the job, with an anticipated travel commitment of up to 25%. So you have to jump out to do any of those, no problem! We build a culture of trust and understanding. We value good work not the hours in which you get it done

And while we work hard, we don’t forget to slow down and celebrate the big things and the small things together.
