- Developing and applying data science and analytics solutions to support client mission objectives
- Analyzing structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
- Building, testing, and refining models, analytical approaches, and data products for client use
- Collaborating with client stakeholders and project teams to translate operational needs into analytical outputs
- Preparing documentation, briefings, and deliverables to support project execution and client decision-making

Our offerings help clients innovate, enhance and operate their data, AI, and analytics capabilities, ensuring they can mature and scale effectively.
The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Science, or a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) degree with collegiate-level coursework in Mathematics and Statistics
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python programming
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Ability to work on-site in Arlington, VA
- Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Active Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
- Experience with database management or data engineering
- Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) clients, programs, or environments
- Experience developing analytics, operational, or data strategies
- Understanding of military rank structures across service branches
- 4+ years of experience with R, Python, or another programming language
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,700 to $162,800.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
