Mid/Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

About the Role

Join a small product engineering team at a YC-backed industrial AI startup, building AI-powered tools for production scheduling and commercial workflows in manufacturing. You will help create practical systems that automate complex quoting, pricing, and sales tasks while integrating with established enterprise software.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship AI agents that support complex quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows.

• Own product features across the frontend and backend using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.

• Integrate product capabilities with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms.

• Help deliver GDPR-compliant deployments and address data residency needs for European customers.

• Take features from early product definition through implementation, launch, and iteration.

What We're Looking For

• Three to eight years of full-stack product engineering experience, including at a startup, with at least three years building and shipping full-stack products or features.

• Strong proficiency with TypeScript and React, plus hands-on experience with Next.js.

• Experience building or deeply integrating AI products beyond basic chatbot use, including production agent orchestration.

• Experience building agentic systems with an orchestration framework such as LangGraph, Mastra, or an equivalent tool.

• Curiosity about AI and a habit of keeping up with emerging tools and techniques.

• Comfort working across the product stack and navigating ambiguous, early-stage product challenges.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $180,000 to $250,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
