About the Role
Lead a team of engineers building and deploying AI agents for customer support. The team works directly with enterprise customers to deliver reliable solutions, improve customer interactions, and evolve an AI agent platform used at scale.
What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and grow engineers building customer-facing AI agents.
Partner with enterprise customers to understand operational challenges and develop scalable solutions.
Guide agent deployments from initial implementation through ongoing iteration and optimization.
Work with product, design, and research teams to identify customer needs and inform platform improvements.
Shape technical strategy and maintain a high bar for engineering quality, ownership, and execution.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including backend or product engineering work.
At least 1 year of experience managing or leading engineers, with a strong interest in mentoring and team development.
Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, including asynchronous programming.
Experience building complex distributed systems or customer-facing products.
Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills, including comfort working directly with enterprise customers.
Experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, or multimodal models is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $300,000 to $360,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
