Customer Success & Implementation Support Specialist (AI Solutions)

We at Sigma Software are looking for a Junior/Middle Customer Success & Implementation Support Specialist to join our growing international team remotely from Latin America.

In this role, you will collaborate with Customer Success, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering teams while supporting the deployment and day-to-day operation of AI-powered customer engagement solutions. You will help Customers maximize the value of modern technology platforms through efficient coordination, operational support, and responsive communication.

CUSTOMER
Our client is a US-based company specializing in AI-driven customer acquisition and sales optimization solutions for telecommunications and consumer service providers. The company helps enterprises improve sales performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency through machine learning, recommendation engines, and advanced analytics.

PROJECT
The project focuses on supporting the implementation, configuration, and operational maintenance of AI-powered customer engagement solutions used by telecommunications and consumer service providers. The role acts as a key coordination point between Customer Success, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering teams to ensure smooth deployments, effective communication, and high-quality operational support.

The position combines customer communication, implementation coordination, operational support, and configuration management in a fast-paced international environment.

Job Description

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Customer operational and configuration requests
• Support implementations and deployments from initiation through production launch
• Manage Customer requests related to pricing updates, workflow modifications, offer configuration, and content updates
• Coordinate activities across Customer Success, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering teams
• Track implementation progress and help ensure timely completion of project milestones
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and Customer representatives
• Gather, document, and maintain requirements, deployment activities, and operational changes
• Assist with issue investigation, troubleshooting, escalation management, and resolution tracking
• Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance activities before releases and deployments
• Help improve operational processes and maintain high standards of Customer support and service delivery
• Ensure accurate documentation and transparency of ongoing operational activities

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer support, implementation support, project coordination, Customer Success, technical operations, or related roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience communicating directly with Customers in a professional environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with software platforms, web applications, and technical documentation
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
• Understanding of operational support and deployment coordination processes
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

WILL BE A PLUS

• Experience supporting SaaS platforms or enterprise software implementations
• Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, or project management tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, or Asana
• Basic understanding of APIs, software deployment processes, and data integrations
• Knowledge of telecommunications, subscription-based services, or Customer acquisition workflows
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, recommendation systems, or analytics-driven platforms
