このロールでは、メディア・広告・印刷業界の主要エンタープライズ顧客を担当し、放送・出版・新聞のコンテンツ制作・配信ワークフロー、コンテンツアーカイブとメディア資産管理、生成AIによるコンテンツ制作・編集支援と著作権・AIガバナンス、広告代理店のデータクリーンルーム・広告効果分析・マーケティングAI、印刷会社のDX/BPO事業と自社サービス基盤、IP・コンテンツビジネスのデジタル配信・ファン/視聴者体験、基幹システム刷新、データ活用、AIエージェント活用、クラウド基盤のモダナイズに関する対話をリードします。顧客の事業戦略に深く踏み込み、アカウントチーム、Solution Engineer、Customer Success、サービス組織、パートナーと連携しながら、Microsoft Azureを中心とした価値提案を商談機会と消費拡大につなげることが期待されます。

担当アカウントセットは、メディア・広告・印刷領域の主要顧客を想定します。

本ポジションは、業界知見、競合分析、クロスソリューション提案力、One Microsoftのオーケストレーションを活かし、継続的な販売実績の積み上げと顧客価値創出を通じてキャリア成長を目指す方に適したフィールドです。フレキシブルな勤務形態（リモート・ハイブリッド対応）での就業が可能です。

Cloud & AI Platform (Azure) Solution Sales Professional is responsible for leading AI transformation initiatives for enterprise customers by driving infrastructure modernization, AI agent adoption, and data platform transformation to maximize business value.

In this role, you will manage a Media, Advertising & Printing account set and lead business conversations around content production and distribution workflows, media asset management and archives, generative AI for content creation with copyright and responsible AI governance, data clean rooms, advertising effectiveness and marketing AI, DX/BPO services and digital platforms of printing companies, IP/content monetization and digital distribution, audience and fan experience, core system modernization, data platform and AI agents, and cloud adoption. You will work closely with account teams, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, services teams, and partners to convert customer priorities into Azure opportunities, committed business outcomes, and measurable consumption growth.

The target account set is expected to include major Media, Advertising & Printing customers, such as Culture Convenience Club, Dai Nippon Printing, NHK, KADOKAWA, Dentsu, Hakuhodo DY, Avex, TOPPAN, and Yomiuri Shimbun.

This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who can combine industry insight, competitive positioning, cross-solution selling, and One Microsoft orchestration to drive sustained business performance and customer value.

Responsibilities

1. 顧客エンゲージメント

メディア・広告・印刷業界の事業戦略、コンテンツ制作・配信ワークフロー、メディア資産管理、生成AIによるコンテンツ制作支援と著作権・AIガバナンス、広告効果分析・マーケティングAI、印刷会社のDX/BPO事業、ファン・視聴者体験、基幹システム刷新、データ活用、AI活用の文脈を踏まえ、顧客の潜在的なビジネス課題を特定し、Azureソリューションの価値を訴求することで商談機会を創出・成約へ転換する。

顧客の背景やビジネス文脈を理解した上で、好奇心を持ってオープンな質問を投げかけ、顧客自身に課題を語ってもらう。その対話を通じて解決策を共同創造していく。

ホワイトボーディング、デモ、ソリューションストーリーテリングを活用し、ビジネス層・技術層双方の意思決定者に対して説得力のある提案を行う。

Azure Pricing Calculator、ROI/TCOツールを用いて明確なビジネスケースを構築し、顧客の投資意思決定を加速する。

2. クロージング戦略への貢献

アカウントチーム、Solution Engineer、Customer Success、サービス組織、パートナーと連携し、優先案件のクロージング戦略を立案・実行する。

Account Plan、導入済みソリューションのポートフォリオ、消費状況を可視化・分析し、データに基づく営業戦略を精緻化し、四半期収益目標の達成を主導する。

Azure Marketplaceを通じたCo-sell活動を推進し、パートナーエコシステムとの連携でパイプラインを拡大する。

実装の難易度を早期に見極め、Unified Support、ISD、FDE、Cloud Accelerate Factory、およびパートナーを含む最適なデリバリー体制の提案をプロアクティブに実行する。

3. 競合分析とMicrosoft優位ポジショニングの実装

GBBおよび専門チームと連携し、競合製品・サービスの分析を実施し、Infrastructure、Data、AI Agent、GitHub、Securityなどを意識したクロスソリューションの差別化戦略を策定・実装する。

個別ソリューションによる一点突破だけではなく、他社ハイパースケーラー（AWS、Google Cloud）が先行導入している環境においても、Microsoftの総合力を活かした提案ストーリーを構築する。

競合状況の変化をリアルタイムに把握し、アカウントチームへの競合インテリジェンス共有を通じて組織全体の競争力を高める。

4. テリトリーのエンドツーエンド管理（MCEM）

Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology（MCEM）を活用してテリトリー全体のビジネスを管理し、各フェーズの機会品質を正確に評価してクロージングプランを策定・実行する。

戦略優先度（Azure Infra Modernization、AI Platforms、Data Estate、App Modernization）に沿った販売計画を自律的に策定し、パイプラインの早期ステージから成約まで一貫して管理する。

フォーキャスト精度を高め、四半期・年間の収益予測をリーダーシップチームへ適切に報告する。

5. 意思決定者へのエンゲージメントとビジネス価値の提供

顧客のビジネスニーズとテクノロジーレディネスを正確に把握し、CレベルのエグゼクティブへのアプローチをDemand Response型で設計・実行する。

顧客のビジネス成果（コスト削減、生産性向上、意思決定高度化、新規事業創出、開発・運用スピード向上）を定量的に言語化し、Azureへの投資対効果を明確に訴求する。

Proof of Conceptをスコープし、コミットメントから消費拡大（Commit to Consume）のプロセスを確定する。

6. 戦略的活動による継続的成果の創出

Azure Frontier Accelerate、Cloud Accelerate Factoryといった各種導入支援策へのノミネーション、ベストプラクティス共有を通じて組織全体のナレッジ向上に貢献する。

能動的な営業活動、イベント活用、エグゼクティブブリーフィング設計によりパイプラインを主体的に創出する。

パートナー戦略と連携した機会創出活動を推進し、エコシステム全体での収益拡大に貢献する。

1. Industry-Focused Customer Engagement and Opportunity

Engage Media, Advertising & Printing customers through industry-specific business discussions, identifying strategic business challenges and positioning Azure solutions to create and convert opportunities into revenue growth.

Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business context, industry challenges, and strategic objectives. Engage customers through open-ended and insightful questioning, encouraging them to articulate their business needs and opportunities.

Deliver compelling value propositions to both business and technical decision-makers through whiteboarding sessions, solution demonstrations, and impactful storytelling.

Build business cases using Azure Pricing Calculator, ROI, and TCO tools to accelerate customer investment decisions and executive sponsorship.

2. Driving Winning Sales and Closing Strategies

Collaborate with account teams, Solution Engineers, customer success managers, service teams, and partners to develop and execute closing strategies for strategic opportunities.

Analyze account plans, installed solution portfolios, and consumption patterns to refine data-driven sales strategies and drive quarterly revenue attainment.

Expand pipeline and accelerate deal velocity through Azure Marketplace and co-sell initiatives in partnership with the Microsoft ecosystem.

Assess implementation complexity and delivery risks early. Proactively recommend the optimal delivery model by leveraging Unified Support, ISD, FDE, Cloud Accelerate Factory, and strategic partners.

3. Competitive Positioning and Differentiated Solution Selling

Partner with GBBs and specialist teams to analyze competitive products, services, and market positioning.

Develop and execute differentiated strategies that leverage Microsoft’s portfolio across Infrastructure, Data, AI Agents, GitHub, Security, and other solution areas, including where other hyperscalers such as AWS or Google Cloud are already established.

Monitor competitive developments and proactively share competitive intelligence with broader account teams.

4. End-to-End Sales Management (MCEM)

Manage business execution across the territory using the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM), evaluating opportunity quality throughout the sales lifecycle and executing effective closing plans.

Develop and execute territory strategies aligned with Azure Infrastructure Modernization, AI Platforms, Data Estate Transformation, and App Modernization.

Maintain disciplined pipeline management from early-stage qualification through closure while ensuring forecast accuracy and executive visibility.

5. Executive Engagement and Business Value Articulation

Assess customer business priorities and technology readiness to develop demand-generation and engagement strategies for executive stakeholders, including C-level leaders.

Quantify business outcomes such as cost optimization, productivity improvements, decision intelligence, new revenue generation, and faster development or operations cycles.

Define and scope Proof of Concepts and establish clear pathways from customer commitment to consumption growth.

6. Driving Sustainable Growth Through Strategic Activities

Contribute to organizational excellence by nominating customers for programs such as Azure Frontier Accelerate and Cloud Accelerate Factory, while sharing best practices across the sales community.

Generate new pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, executive briefing programs, industry events, and strategic customer engagement.

Collaborate with strategic partners to create new business opportunities and expand revenue across the broader ecosystem.

競合分析を踏まえた差別化提案・クロスソリューションポジショニングの経験。

顧客エグゼクティブ（CxOレベル）へのプレゼンテーション・ビジネスケース提案の経験。

エンタープライズ企業におけるAI変革、クラウドモダイゼーション、およびビジネス価値創出（Value Realization）フレームワークに関する知識と理解。

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in solution sales or account management at a technology company.

Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Experience managing complex sales cycles, negotiations, and strategic engagements with large enterprise customers.

Demonstrated experience managing territories using MCEM or comparable end-to-end enterprise sales methodologies.

Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including infrastructure, data, AI platform, and application modernization capabilities, with the ability to articulate business and technical value to diverse stakeholders.

Experience developing differentiated customer value propositions based on competitive analysis and cross-solution positioning strategies.

Executive presence with proven experience presenting business cases and strategic recommendations to C-level stakeholders.

Strong understanding of enterprise AI transformation, cloud modernization, and business value realization frameworks.
