You will also own the end-to-end operational management of an AI server family across geographies and brands, balancing demand, supply, capacity, and build readiness to ensure the right products are available at the right time.
What You'll Do

- Coordinate with worldwide manufacturing sites to ensure orders are scheduled, built, and shipped on time.
- Partner closely with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Business Units, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Factory Operations to resolve order constraints.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, escalations, and fulfillment issues.
- Use data to identify gaps between demand, supply, capacity, and actual execution, translating complex data into clear recommendations and actionable decisions for leadership.
- Manage customer-specific requirements and prioritize critical business opportunities.
- Drive rapid resolution of supply shortages, production delays, logistics issues, and other fulfillment exceptions.
- Analyze fulfillment data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by participating in automation, AI, and process improvement projects.
- Create executive-ready communications and present order status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
- Contribute to improving operational processes that enhance customer experience while balancing service, cost, and operational efficiency.
