Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based services. The role requires integrating these solutions into robust pipelines that are ready for production environments, ensuring reliability and scalability. The engineer works on implementing generative artificial intelligence models and may engage in diverse areas such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with project goals is a key aspect of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and efficiency in delivering AI-driven products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI and machine learning models ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption to improve project outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms and AI services for scalable model deployment.
- Ability to design and implement production-grade AI pipelines with a focus on reliability and performance.
- Familiarity with generative AI models and their practical applications in real-world scenarios.
- Competence in developing AI solutions involving chatbots, image processing, and natural language understanding.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
