- A strong sense for curiosity: someone that loves to figure out how things work.
- 2 yrs of experience with Claude Code.
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or related roles
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau)
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tools, prompt engineering, or workflow automation
- A portfolio of automations or AI solutions you built and shipped. We want to see and hear from you what you solved for and how you did it. Resume specs are secondary to the work you have done. This is not negotiable.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agents in production or internal tooling: tool calling, MCP, evaluating output quality. You architect, not just prompt.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving adoption of new tools or processes
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across team s
- Strong background in languages such as Python, SQL, R and related coding languages.
- Direct experience (hands-on) around API integrations.
- A bias to ship, with ownership of builds end-to-end in a function still being stood up.
- A bachelor or master in information systems, computer science, data science, AI, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience deploying AI or automation solutions within go-to-market teams
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and no-code/low-code platforms
- Experience building self-service analytics or automated reporting solutions
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance best practices
- Identify, prioritize, and deploy high-impact AI use cases across GTM teams
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows to improve productivity and reduce manual effort
- Enable natural language access to CRM and BI data, improving self-service analytics
- Own and manage the AI technology stack, including LLM platforms, copilots, and integrations
- Prototype fast and get a working v1 in front of users in days. Add guardrails and human-in-the-loop checkpoints where decisions carry risk.
- Own what you ship: monitoring, error handling and documentation.
- Establish feedback loops and continuously improve AI tools, prompts, and workflows
- Track and report on adoption, productivity gains, and revenue impact of AI initiatives
- Report on ROI: time saved, revenue impact, cycle-time reduction and headcount leverage.
- Build AI agents and workflow automations on Claude, MCP connectors and APIs, using tools like Zapier, Claude Code, DOMO MCP and custom Python/JavaScript, to mention a few.
- Use our data stack to connect the data across insight from our CRM, BI layer, top and bottom funnel semitic data points, so agents work from clean, trusted data.
- Integrate the GTM stack (Salesforce, Slack, Gmail, Zoom, call recording solutions...) and write back to systems of record rather than creating shadow processes.
- Build lead and account intelligence, forecasting inputs, rep-facing copilots and multi-channel sequences (e.g., LinkedIn → email → call → SMS).
