  1. Must be local to Lansing, Michigan for onsite reviews and on-site work requirements.
  2. No remote option.
  3. 4 days working onsite required.
  4. W2 only (Direct / 1-layer visa).

Summary

We are looking for a Sr. Full Stack Developer - AI Assisted Development. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience and be a strong problem solver with excellent analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills. The candidate should be a forward thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.

In addition, the ideal candidate should demonstrate strong proficiency for leveraging AI assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot or similar coding agents) to improve efficiency, code quality, and delivery timelines. A strong technical foundation is required to effectively generate, validate, and delivery production-ready code.

Must Have Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) for code generation, debugging, and optimization
  • Ability to effectively write, refine, and iterate prompts to guide AI tools for development tasks
  • Experience validating AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and security
