We are currently seeking a Solution Architect AI & ML for Life Sciences to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

We are seeking a seasoned healthcare technology leader to drive our AI Industry Solutions for the Life Sciences segment. You will define the solution vision, shape major transformation opportunities, and partner with C-suite leaders across the nation’s largest Life Sciences organizations.  This is a high-impact role responsible for driving growth, developing differentiated offerings, and guiding strategic programs to build AI-native solutions across payer domains.

What You’ll Do

• Set the industry strategy for Life Sciencs AI solutions and define a multi-year roadmap.
• Develop and enhance AI solution offerings in areas including:
• Digital front door & member/provider experience
• Risk and compliance
• Cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure modernization
• Claims processing transformation
• Drive growth by leading solution development, supporting sales teams, and winning complex, multi-tower deals.
• Engage Provider C-suite leaders as a trusted advisor on major programs.
• Lead solution development for bids, ensuring offerings are differentiated, scalable, and executable.
• Collaborate across consulting, delivery, engineering, and product teams to bring integrated solutions to market.
• Strengthen alliances with key partners (Epic, Oracle Health, Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow, cybersecurity vendors, Google, Leading AI players).
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of AI leaders.
• Develop sales collateral for all solutions and services catering to healthcare payers

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of experience in designing and developing AI/ML solutions with at least 10 years of experience in healthcare payer technology, consulting, or systems integration.
• Deep understanding of payer operations, AI, digital transformation, and payer ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success shaping and winning large-scale transformation or managed services deals ($10M+).
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage CEOs, CIOs, CMIOs, CFOs, and clinical leaders.
• Experience leading cross-functional global teams and driving innovation at scale.
• Participate in key industry events, be a moderator and speaker, as needed

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $119,578 - $221,625. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered. Company benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
