Senior AI Sales Specialist - ZoomMate & Agentic Search

What You Can Expect

Zoom’s AI platform is at an inflection point, and this role places you at the center of that shift. As a Senior AI Sales Specialist, you will serve as the dedicated AI subject-matter expert for Zoom’s enterprise sales organization, partnering directly with Account Executives to land and expand Zoommate and Agentic Search across the install base and net-new logos. Day to day, you will translate Zoom’s “Conversation to Completion” vision into concrete business outcomes for C-level buyers, IT decision makers, and line-of-business stakeholders in Zoom’s most strategic customer engagements. This role requires prior experience in an overlay or specialist sales motion and the ability to lead C-suite conversations and executive briefing sessions independently. You will report into Zoom’s AI Sales leadership.

About the Team

Our AI Sales team accelerates AI adoption across Zoom’s enterprise customer base, working at the intersection of sales, product, and customers to design and deploy AI workflows that create measurable business outcomes. We serve as proof of concept for Zoom’s AI platform in the field, helping enterprise customers understand and realize the full value of Zoommate and Agentic Search. As a high-impact, close-knit team, we work directly with Zoom’s most strategic accounts and maintain a direct line to Product and Engineering research.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI narrative for strategic enterprise engagements, translating Zoommate’s platform capabilities into business outcomes for C-level buyers, IT leaders, and line-of-business stakeholders.
• Partner with UpMarket and Enterprise AEs to identify AI opportunities, run discovery sessions, lead technical demonstrations, and build joint account plans that position Zoommate as a full-platform investment.
• Represent Zoom’s AI strategy at Executive Briefing Centers and industry events, leading sessions for Zoom’s most strategic customers.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Deployed Engineers to ensure POC success, reducing buyer risk and accelerating deal velocity.
• Build and distribute repeatable sales enablement assets, including talk tracks, competitive battle cards, and ROI frameworks, to elevate field performance across AI conversations.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales and/or sales engineering experience, including at least 2 years in AI, search, or knowledge management solutions
• Demonstrated experience operating in an overlay or specialist sales motion, with a track record of influencing deals across matrixed organizations
• Executive presence with a history of leading C-suite conversations and Executive Briefing Center sessions at enterprise accounts
• Proven ability to build pipeline collaboratively with AEs and SEs across large, complex sales organizations
• Located in New York with ability to support customers and teammates in Central and Eastern time zones

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
