Role Overview:

We are seeking a MarTech AI Solution Architect to design and deliver next-generation, AI-enabled marketing and customer engagement solutions for enterprise clients across Financial Services and other regulated industries.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing technology, AI/GenAI, and customer experience transformation, with a focus on modern marketing architecture, AI-driven workflows, customer decisioning, campaign orchestration, audience intelligence, and emerging agentic marketing operations.

You will work closely with business, product, data, and engineering stakeholders to define scalable, future-state marketing architectures and operating models that leverage AI to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define AI-enabled MarTech architecture patterns across campaign orchestration, personalization, customer engagement, and marketing operations
  • Design modern marketing workflows leveraging AI agents, copilots, and automation platforms
  • Identify opportunities for AI-led optimization across campaign planning, segmentation, audience activation, content operations, and analytics
  • Develop end-to-end architecture blueprints across CDPs, campaign systems, workflow tools, decisioning engines, and AI services
  • Assess current-state MarTech ecosystems and define modernization strategies and roadmaps
  • Drive use cases including:
    • AI-assisted campaign planning and optimization
    • Audience intelligence and segmentation
    • Real-time personalization and decisioning
    • Marketing workflow automation
    • AI-driven measurement and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams on integration patterns, APIs, and orchestration layers
  • Support rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development using GenAI/AI platforms
  • Develop solution recommendations that balance business outcomes, scalability, governance, and operational efficiency
  • Stay current on emerging trends in AI-native enterprise software and MarTech operating models

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in MarTech, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Technology architecture
  • Strong understanding of enterprise marketing ecosystems and customer engagement platforms
  • Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
    • Campaign orchestration
    • Customer decisioning
    • Marketing automation
    • Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
    • Personalization platforms
    • Marketing analytics and measurement
    • Content operations / DAM workflows
  • Practical understanding of GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, copilots, RAG architectures, or workflow automation
  • Experience designing enterprise integration architectures and API-driven ecosystems
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready technology solutions
  • Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with platforms such as: Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud, Braze, Segment, Tealium, Workfront, Aprimo, or similar ecosystems
  • Exposure to AI-enabled marketing operations or AI-native workflow transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or Azure AI
  • Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, or other regulated enterprise industries
  • Background in consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise architecture
  • Experience supporting innovation labs, rapid prototyping, or emerging product initiatives

For this role, the gross annual base salary range is $160,000 - $200,000/ yearly for a full-time position. This range covers base pay only; we will discuss any bonuses, incentives, and benefits during the hiring process. Your exact offer will depend on objective, job-related factors – like your experience, skills, and qualifications – in line with our fair pay principles. If a collective labour agreement applies to this role, we will share the relevant pay scale details with you. Note: We never ask about your current or past salary during our recruitment process.
