We are seeking a Lead Engineer to build and scale an enterprise AI Agent Platform. The role focuses on developing AI agents, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and platform infrastructure using GCP/Vertex AI/GKE, while ensuring strong security, CI/CD, observability, and AI evaluation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience
  • Strong GCP, Vertex AI, GKE, BigQuery
  • Hands-on LLM, RAG, embeddings, and Agentic AI
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar
  • Strong distributed systems, microservices, and API architecture
  • CI/CD, security, scalability, and observability
  • Experience with LLM evaluation, testing, benchmarking, and regression frameworks
  • Multi-LLM/model provider experience
  • Experience with AI governance is a plus
