Freelance Python / Ruby Engineer | Data & AI Agents

We unify fragmented advertising data and power specialized AI agents that help advertising and media teams understand performance, make decisions and act faster.<br>We are looking for a freelance engineer to join our Tech team on a long-term, full-time engagement. The role sits at the intersection of Python, Ruby, data analysis and AI agents.</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain Python backend services and REST APIs.<br>- Contribute to Ruby codebases, preferably Ruby on Rails.<br>- Build and evolve AI agents and MCP tools for advertising-data use cases.<br>- Connect data processing, SQL queries, analytical methods and statistical reasoning to production features.<br>- Work on use cases such as revenue analysis, anomaly detection and explanations of revenue variations.<br>- Design reliable workflows where numerical computations remain deterministic and AI models handle language-related tasks.<br>- Work with data platforms and cloud services such as Snowflake and AWS.<br>- Deliver features from design to production.<br>- Contribute to testing, code reviews, CI/CD, documentation and sound engineering practices.<br>- Collaborate closely with the Tech, Product, Data Engineering and Data Science teams.</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Professional experience with Python in production.<br>- Professional experience or strong familiarity with Ruby.
