Regular experience building with LLMs and AI agents, including production applications.
A broad engineering skill set and the ability to become productive quickly in unfamiliar areas.
Startup or founder experience, and fluency in English. German is not required.
Experience with technical leadership, architecture decisions, AEC or BIM, Python, PyTorch, TypeScript, three.js, or generative and multimodal models is relevant.
