Project Description
Embedded, client-facing role working directly with Fixed Income business, technology, quant, and control teams to translate workflows into production-grade GenAI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Embed with Fixed Income teams to identify high-value AI use cases
- Design and build GenAI applications using Python, OpenAI/Claude Agent SDK, and agentic frameworks
- Build retrieval pipelines (RAG) across structured/unstructured data
- Design evaluation frameworks to test AI output accuracy and compliance alignment
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, privacy, and governance standards
Mandatory Skills
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Math, Finance, or equivalent experience
- Strong Python and software engineering skills
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI/Claude Agent SDK or comparable agentic frameworks
- Strong prompt engineering skills
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders
