We are seeking an Entry-Level AI Automation Systems Specialist to support the development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of AI-powered and automated workflows across our organization.
Position Summary
The AI Automation Systems Specialist is an entry-level technology role focused on applying AI, automation, CRM systems, and low-code/no-code technologies to improve business processes.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and CRM systems, along with basic coding knowledge and a demonstrated ability to build or contribute to technology projects.
This position is well suited for an early-career technology professional, recent graduate, coding student, or intern with a strong interest in AI automation, workflow development, systems integration, and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, test, and maintain AI-powered and automated business workflows.
- Support automation projects using GHL, Zoho CRM, and other approved technology platforms.
- Identify repetitive processes and recommend opportunities for automation.
- Develop and maintain low-code and no-code automations, workflows, forms, integrations, and triggers.
- Assist with connecting systems, applications, APIs, and data workflows.
- Use AI tools to support research, content processing, data organization, and workflow automation.
- Troubleshoot automation errors and assist with system testing and optimization.
- Document workflows, automation processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with HR, operations, and other departments to understand process requirements.
- Research emerging AI, automation, and productivity technologies and evaluate potential applications.
- Assist with testing new tools, integrations, and technology solutions before implementation.
- Maintain data accuracy, system organization, and appropriate access controls within assigned platforms.
- Support continuous improvement of existing automation systems and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, associate degree, technical certification, or relevant coursework in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, Data Analytics, AI, Automation, or a related field; equivalent practical experience or relevant training may be considered.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in AI, automation, IT, software development, or a related field. Internship, project-based, freelance, or equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience working with AI tools and automation technologies.
- Experience with GHL (GoHighLevel) is highly desirable.
- Experience with Zoho CRM is a plus.
- Basic coding or scripting knowledge in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or similar.
- Understanding of basic concepts such as APIs, webhooks, databases, logic, variables, and system integrations is preferred.
- Experience building or contributing to low-code/no-code automation projects.
- Ability to demonstrate completed projects, coursework, internships, personal projects, GitHub repositories, portfolios, or other practical technology work.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn new software, platforms, and technologies quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues systematically.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Employment Structure
