YOUR ROLE

Join a team delivering innovative AI-powered solutions that help transform and automate business processes at scale. We are looking for a Python Backend Developer to contribute to the development and evolution of a cutting-edge enterprise application leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), cloud-native technologies, and intelligent automation. 

In this role, you will work alongside AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Engineers, Product Owners, and Frontend Developers to build scalable solutions that combine modern software engineering practices with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence. This is an excellent opportunity to shape the backend architecture of a business-critical AI application and work with emerging technologies in a dynamic, international environment.

YOUR TASKS

Your Responsibilities 

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python

  • Build and enhance RESTful APIs supporting frontend applications and system integrations 

  • Implement robust business logic with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability 

  • Collaborate with Cloud Engineers on deployment architecture, environment configuration, and CI/CD processes

  • Work closely with Frontend Developers to define API contracts and integration patterns 

    Develop and optimize backend solutions supporting AI-driven and data-intensive workflows

  • Integrate Generative AI capabilities, LLM APIs, and AI services into enterprise applications

  • Contribute to technical architecture decisions and backend design improvements

  • Ensure high standards of security, observability, performance, and operational excellence

  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Strong experience in backend development using Python 

  • Hands-on experience with modern Python frameworks, preferably FastAPI 

  • Proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining REST APIs 

  • Experience building solutions in AWS and cloud-based environments

  • Good understanding of backend architectures, integration patterns, and API design principles

  • Practical experience integrating AI-powered services, LLM APIs, or Generative AI solutions into applications

  • Familiarity with software development best practices, Git, and Agile delivery methodologies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and international teams

  • Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to Have 

  • Experience building data pipelines or working with data-intensive applications 

  • Exposure to AI/ML platforms, model-serving solutions, or inference endpoint integrations

  • Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms

  • Knowledge of enterprise integration technologies, including SAP interfaces, OData, IDoc, RFC, or BAPI

  • Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices 

  • Understanding of secure API design, authentication, and authorization mechanisms 

  • Experience collaborating with Data Scientists and AI Engineers on production-grade AI solutions 

  • Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and application performance management tools 

  • Experience working in large enterprise environments and delivering mission-critical applications
