What You Can Expect


We are seeking Artificial Intelligence Solutions Principal Specialist professionals to identify high-value AI use cases, redesign legacy workflows, drive business adoption, and support workforce upskilling across enterprise functional areas. This role combines product management, workflow redesign, change leadership, and practical AI implementation.

The successful candidate will be AI-native: someone who uses AI directly in their own work while also leading the implementation of AI-enabled tools, agents, and workflows for the business. Candidates should have experience implementing at least one AI product or AI-enabled business solution.

How You'll Create Impact

 

  • Identify and priorities business-specific AI use cases based on value, feasibility, risk, and adoption readiness
  • Break down legacy workflows into tasks, decision points, handoffs, and control steps to define target-state AI-enabled workflows
  • Translate use cases into product requirements, implementation plans, and measurable success criteria
  • Support the design and deployment of business-specific agents, copilots, or AI workflow solutions
  • Drive adoption through stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and change support
  • Help upskill teams and managers in practical, responsible, and effective AI usage;
  • Measure usage, workflow impact, productivity improvement, and business value realization
  • Coordinate across business, technical, data, risk, and governance stakeholders to embed solutions into real operations

Your Background

 

  • Product management, digital transformation, process improvement, consulting, or business transformation
  • Demonstrated experience implementing at least one AI product, AI-enabled workflow, or enterprise AI solution
  • Assessing and redesigning workflows in a structured, business-oriented way
  • Driving cross-functional stakeholder alignment and execution
  • Supporting adoption, training, or organizational change for new tools or workflows
  • Operating in a hands-on role that spans strategy through execution
  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 10 years of relevant experience

Travel Expectations

  • 15% - There may be occasional travel for team meetings, stakeholder workshops, and training.


Expected Compensation: $215,000 - $270,000 base salary
