AI Solution Developer

Job Details: Job Location: Reineke Ford Lincoln - Findlay, OH, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Information Technology, Summary:   The AI Solutions Developer is responsible for identifying, developing, implementing, and supporting artificial intelligence solutions that improve the efficiency, productivity, customer experience, and profitability of the dealership organization.   This position will work closely with dealership leadership and departments across the organization to identify opportunities where AI, automation, data, and technology can streamline processes and improve business results.   The ideal candidate combines automotive dealership knowledge, technology skills, problem-solving ability, and an understanding of emerging AI tools. This position will translate business needs into practical AI solutions while ensuring appropriate data security, privacy, accuracy, and responsible use of AI.     Reports To: Business Administrator Location: On-site, Findlay, Ohio 45840 Type: Full-Time     Job Duties: Help establish an overall roadmap for responsible AI adoption throughout the organization. Build and maintain AI tools, apps and automations for departments across the organization Partner with leadership to identify priorities and turn them into working solutions Evaluate existing dealership processes and identify repetitive, time-consuming, or inefficient tasks that may benefit from technology Develop recommendations for AI implementation based on business needs, potential return on investment, ease of implementation, and employee impact. Maintain an understanding of dealership operations, including Sales, Service, Parts, BDC/Internet, Finance, Accounting, HR, and Marketing. Follow company IT and data security standards Conduct training sessions for employees and management as needed Qualifications: Qualifications: Degree in computer science, information systems or a related field, or relevant work experience Hands on experience building with AI tools Curiosity, an entrepreneurial mindset Problem solving skills and clear communication skills with non-technical coworkers. Automotive or dealership experience is a plus Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand business processes and translate business needs into technology solutions.   Confidentiality The AI Solutions Developer will have access to confidential business, customer, employee, financial, and operational information.
