As an AI QE Engineer - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality engineering within our Software and Product Innovation team. You will focus on implementing leading practice standards in software development and testing processes, using your experience to identify and resolve defects, optimize performance, and enhance user experience. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills in quality engineering to deliver innovative software products and solutions. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Implementing quality engineering standards in software development and testing processes
- Identifying and resolving software defects to optimize performance and enhance user experience
- Conducting functional, compatibility, and performance testing to validate software quality
- Utilizing tools like Selenium for browser automation and software testing
- Designing and managing quality assurance processes and metrics to maintain software reliability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and support post-go-live activities
- Developing test cases and protocols for comprehensive software evaluation
- Analyzing data to inform insights and recommendations for process improvements
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines and independence requirements
- Building meaningful client connections and managing stakeholder expectations effectively

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Hands-on use of GenAI/AI tools (2 tools are must :GitHub CoPilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, Gemini) for software testing — requirements analysis, test scenario identification, test-case generation, test-data generation, automation code generation, execution support and defect analysis

- Ability to create and refine prompts/context for generating test scenarios, test cases, automation scripts, test data and defect analysis.

Understanding of LLMs, tokens/context windows, hallucinations, temperature, grounding and prompt/context management

-Ability to develop and maintain automation with AI assistance (Playwright with MCP, Selenium with MCP Tosca, Karate, REST Assured). Experience in connecting to MCP server. 

-TypeScript/JavaScript, Java or Python, AWS, Azure or GCP, Test Management(Jira, Azure DevOps, Xray, Zephyr or equivalent)
- Demonstrating proficiency in Quality Assurance Engineering and Testing
- Utilizing Selenium for browser automation and software testing
- Excelling in compatibility and performance testing methodologies
- Developing insights through data interpretation and analysis
- Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in complex environments
