What success looks like in this role:
- Design and build AI, automation, and innovation products at enterprise scale
- Translate emerging technology into production-ready software and commercial outcomes
- Design and deploy AI infrastructure and agentic workflows to support product delivery
- Build reusable playbooks, toolkits, and patterns that accelerate future delivery
- Lead full-stack product engineering across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and scaling
- Define product strategy, roadmaps, and technical architecture aligned to user needs
- Shape user experience and ensure delivery of practical, usable solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and guide requirements into deliverable outcomes
- Mentor teams on product thinking, design, and delivery practices
Technical Competencies
- Full-Stack Engineering: Laravel, React, Inertia.js, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI, PostgreSQL
- Infrastructure & Deployment: Hetzner, Laravel Forge, cloud-hosted application delivery
- AI & Automation: Agentic workflows, local-first AI, content pipelines, applied AI systems
- Product & UX: Human-computer interaction, user-centred design, product lifecycle management
Leadership & Impact
- Owns product outcomes end-to-end
- Bridges business intent and technical execution
- Ensures delivery of commercially viable, user-centred solutions
- Drives innovation through practical application of emerging technology
