Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered search systems and machine learning models
- Build and optimize search algorithms, ranking models, and relevance pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing products
- Research and implement state-of-the-art NLP and deep learning techniques
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance and search quality
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to support model training and search indexing
- Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and engineering best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
- Proven experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Hands-on experience with search platforms such as Elasticsearch, Solr, or OpenSearch
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or other relevant programming languages
- Familiarity with NLP techniques, vector search, and semantic search technologies
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
