Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions
- Build and maintain data pipelines to support model training and inference
- Evaluate and optimize model performance using relevant metrics and testing frameworks
- Research and integrate emerging AI/ML technologies, tools, and best practices
- Document architectures, workflows, and technical processes for team alignment
- Monitor deployed models and iterate based on real-world performance and feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI is a strong plus
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
