About the Role

We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and integrate advanced AI capabilities into enterprise‑grade software solutions. This role focuses on implementing AI-driven features within a large web‑based platform, working collaboratively with product, data science, and engineering teams.

This role will work at our office in Arlington, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI solutions within software products, including generative and agentic AI features.
Contribute to the design and integration of AI components within existing software architectures.
Build and deploy AI-enabled features in cloud‑native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP).
Work closely with product and data science teams to ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Contribute to engineering best practices through high‑quality code, documentation, and collaboration.
Implement and support evaluation and monitoring mechanisms to ensure AI solutions meet accuracy and reliability standards.

Requirements

Located in Arlington/ Washington DC area
US Citizenship (mandatory for security clearance eligibility).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years’ experience in software engineering or technology development, with hands‑on experience designing and implementing AI solutions.
Experience working with generative AI and agentic AI systems in production or near‑production environments.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data storage, and cloud platforms.
Strong collaboration, problem‑solving, and communication skills, including technical documentation (e.g., UML).
Familiarity with web technologies and frameworks (React, Spring) is advantageous.
