Job Summary:
Supports activities related to ensuring the overall health and modernization of organization-wide Information Technology system. Provides support to internal lines of business across the technology infrastructure including analysis, development, modification, installation, testing, and maintenance of hardware, software, networking, and security for a variety of systems. Troubleshoots issues, makes recommendations, and responds to and solves incidents and client requests based on standard operating procedures and runbooks. Assists and serves as a point of escalation for junior team members.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides support to internal lines of business across the technology infrastructure including analysis, development, modification, installation, testing, and maintenance of hardware, software, networking, and security for a variety of systems. Troubleshoots issues, makes recommendations, and responds to and solves incidents and client requests based on standard operating procedures and runbooks. Assists and serves as a point of escalation for junior team members.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure system compliance with network and firewall security standards.
- Support the integration of machine learning models and AI algorithms into existing IT systems and applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents relating to production AI applications.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve IT operations.
- Assist with system design reviews and software testing.
- Provides input on complex projects, often serving as a subject-matter-expert.
- Supports and deploys business partner software and packages.
- Modifies and/or debugs business partner-supplied utilities and packages.
- Monitors system capacity and performance using a broad set of tools.
- Provides technical support to various departments and users.
- Identifies troublesome trends and develops plans designed to resolve issues and prevent recurrences.
- Serves as escalation point for junior engineers
- Acts as subject-matter-expert for area of responsibility.
- Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Firm authority in a timely fashion.
- Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related technical field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience supporting a variety of technologies and functions including virtualization experience. Regular office environment;
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Familiarity with retrieval augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
- Understanding of cloud hosting architecture and proper server management.
- Knowledge of enterprise cloud security, firewall, and network concepts.
- Ability to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements and emerging financial crime trends.
- May sit for long periods of time;
- Talk and hear regularly;
- Up to 10 pounds weight lifting/force exertion required;
- Weight/force exertion required less than 25% of the time;
- Travel required less than 25% of the time
