Role: AI ENABLEMENT AND INTELLIGENT AUTOMATION SPECIALIST

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

Manager Notes: helps work with business teams to recommend/build custom AI solutions mainly in CoPilot and a little Claude, they all just have licenses for it.   He’s looking for a high level BA or Product Owner/Manager with experience using AI to solve business challenges (CoPilot/Claude) -- > they don’t use Grok, ChatGPT , or Gemini

AI ENABLEMENT AND INTELLIGENT AUTOMATION SPECIALIST, COPILOT AND CLAUDE ARE MUST HAVES.  AI SCALABILITY KNOWLEDGE IS KEY.

Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on AI adoption driver with strong consulting instincts to help scale AI and intelligent-automation adoption across the business. This person will meet stakeholders where they are, translate their processes into practical AI solutions, and build the enablement materials, playbooks, and reusable accelerators that turn AI interest into governed, everyday usage.

Key responsibilities:

·       Lead AI enablement across business groups — training, coaching, and workshop follow-through that converts interest into active, governed usage.

·       Consult with business stakeholders to map processes and recommend the right intelligent-automation solution, in language both executives and end users understand.

·       Build reusable assets — playbooks, prompt and skill libraries, templates, and accelerators — that grow a self-sufficient maker community.

·       Coordinate delivery across the AI portfolio, partnering with solution owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to track progress, manage dependencies, and support project management activities.

·       Support governance and safe scaling through usage/adoption reporting, quality, and compliance.

Required qualifications:

·       6–10 years in consulting, business analysis, or solution delivery, with a track record advising and enabling non-technical users on productivity or automation tools.

·       Demonstrated success driving AI adoption in a business setting.

·       Strong facilitation and consulting skills (workshops, process mapping, translating business needs into adopted solutions).

·       Excellent stakeholder communication — credible with executives and frontline users alike.

·       Experience building training content, documentation, and reusable, scalable resources.

·       Working knowledge of AI governance, data security, and responsible-use practices.

Preferred qualifications:

·       Prior Center of Excellence or enablement experience scaling AI/automation across an enterprise.

·       Hands-on experience building agents with Copilot Studio and solutions on the Power Platform.

·       Automotive, distribution, or field-operations domain experience.

·       One or more current Microsoft Learn AI credentials (e.g., AI-102, AI-900, Azure AI Foundry or Copilot Studio Applied Skills, PL-200, PL-600).
