Right now, we are looking for an AI Architect to integrate our Talent team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Architect and deliver end-to-end Generative AI solutions, from PoC to production.
- Design RAG pipelines, agent-based systems, and LLM orchestration layers.
- Evaluate and select models, frameworks, and tools based on performance and cost.
- Establish best practices and governance for responsible AI usage.
- Mentor engineering teams and translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Apply domain expertise in intelligent manufacturing & supply chain solutions, including industrial technology and automation for pharmaceutical, logistics, and material processing environments.
You must have:
- 5+ years of experience in architecture or AI engineering.
- Proven experience building GenAI / LLM solutions in production.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
- Practical knowledge of vector databases and embedding models.
- Experience deploying models via cloud APIs or self-hosted runtimes.
- Fluency in Portuguese.
- Industry experience in one or more of the following domains: Pharmaceutical technology and solutions, Supply chain automation and logistics, Technology solutions for material processing (including paper, tissue, and tobacco), Intelligent manufacturing & supply chain solutions.
We value:
- Experience with AI gateways and model routing (e.g., LiteLLM, Bearer).
- Knowledge of LLM observability, tracing, and evaluation tools (e.g., LangSmith, Arize Phoenix).
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and containerized environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
- Fluency in English.
