AI and Power Platform Engineer

AI & Power Platform Engineer

Built isn’t waiting for the future. We’re building it.

This is where AI moves beyond experimentation and becomes part of how a business operates at scale. Join a team that focuses on the future of digital products, data and AI at Built, where you'll shape and scale a rapidly expanding ecosystem of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, AI agents and cloud technologies, while helping teams turn great ideas into enterprise-grade outcomes.

The Opportunity

As our AI & Power Platform Engineer within the Digital & Data team, you’ll create the foundations that allow AI and low-code innovation to thrive across Built. You'll be responsible for the platforms that are increasingly central to how our people work, collaborate and deliver outcomes.

Key areas of impact include:

• Owning Built's growing portfolio of Power Apps, ensuring reliability, performance and adoption across the platform.
• Operating, enhancing and building AI agents, helping teams safely scale AI solutions from individual use to enterprise adoption.
• Managing Built's cloud environment and agent ecosystem, balancing security, performance, compliance and cost efficiency.
• Establishing monitoring, alerting and operational standards that give the business confidence to innovate within clear guardrails.
• Supporting developers and business users to turn ideas into scalable solutions that deliver real business value.

Success in this role will be measured by the stability, scalability and adoption of the platforms you support, and the confidence teams have to innovate using them.

What We Are Looking For

We're looking for someone who is curious, embraces new technology and enjoys solving problems at the intersection of AI and innovation, helping shape how digital capabilities are adopted across the business.

You'll bring:

• Experience administering and developing solutions within Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Exposure to AI technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio or similar AI platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, cloud security, identity management and monitoring practices.
• An interest in balancing operational excellence with hands-on development and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity and a collaborative mindset that enables you to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
