Our client, a world leader in diagnostics and biotechnology, is looking for a "Senior Product Manager- Agentic AI” based out of South San Francisco, CA (Hybrid).

Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)

Pay Rate : $102/hr on W2

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Agentic AI to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-driven workflow automation solutions within a regulated healthcare environment. This role will focus on transforming manual processes into intelligent AI-orchestrated systems while ensuring compliance, safety, and operational efficiency

• Define product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for Agentic AI solutions
  
• Partner with engineering and data teams to design AI workflows using LLMs, RAG, and agent orchestration frameworks
  
• Drive workflow automation initiatives and human-in-the-loop (HIL) processes
  
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, clinical safety, and governance standards
  
• Lead Agile product delivery, backlog prioritization, KPI tracking, and stakeholder communication
  
• Establish AI evaluation, monitoring, and observability frameworks
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  
• 7+ years of Product Management experience with 2+ years focused on AI/ML or intelligent automation
  
• Strong understanding of:
  
  • LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, etc.)
    
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
    
  • AI workflow orchestration and automation
    
• Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences preferred
  
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
