Inviting applications for the role of Regional Leader - Software Seller Agentic AI
This positionwill be a member of a dynamic leadership team driving growth of Software Salesfor farming and new logo hunting identify shape and close revenue generating opportunities in new and existing accounts on a foundation of carefully selected & curated repeatable offerings and solutions for driving change in specific vertical industries.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for growing our business with new clients across various industries.
- Build a culture of accountability continuous learning and high performance.
- Proactively create identify and develop opportunities for Saa S solutions (specifically focusing on Agentic).
- Own revenue and booking targets for dedicated Saa S products andmaintainup to date revenue forecasts and status in the enterprise CRM system.
- Conduct thorough market analysis toidentifytrends opportunities and competitivelandscape.
- Utilize insights to shape business development approaches.
- Maintains a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaborate with Business Units Data-Tech-AI Function and Commercial/ Pricing teams to craft compelling proposals that effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients.
- Provide SaaS expertise and support to internal teams including participation in RFI RFP proactive bids customer-facing envisioning sessions/demonstrations assessments and workshops.
- This role reports to the Senior Software Sales Leaderandwill work in close partnership with Genpact Sales Solutions SM Es and other consulting leaders within Genpact in successfully establishing and growing client relationships innovating with clients and winning deals.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closure often involving multiple executive stakeholders.
- Develop executive-level relationships with strategic clients and partners to drive adoption and loyalty.

145,350 to 215,000 USD“Los Angeles, California based candidates are not eligible for this role. New York area candidates are eligible for this role only.”
