Who you are

We're seeking an exceptional Lead Architect specializing in M365 Copilot and AI integrations to design and deliver cutting-edge, AI-powered solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. This high-visibility, client-facing role focuses on architecting and extending Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities, seamlessly integrating Microsoft and third-party systems, and transforming how organizations harness AI to enhance their daily workflows and business outcomes.

What You'll do

• Architect and implement sophisticated integrations with Microsoft 365 Copilot, extending its capabilities across complex business systems and workflows
• Design, build, and optimize Copilot extensions and custom copilots using Copilot Studio to meet specific organizational needs
• Develop robust solutions leveraging Microsoft Graph and integrate seamlessly with external APIs and enterprise systems
• Design and implement advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to deliver intelligent, context-aware AI experiences that drive business value
• Create and maintain sophisticated applications using Power Apps (Canvas Apps) as integral components of comprehensive solution architectures
• Lead client engagements by gathering complex requirements, facilitating technical discussions, and translating strategic business objectives into scalable, innovative solutions
• Establish architectural standards, implementation best practices, and comprehensive governance frameworks for AI-powered solutions within the M365 ecosystem
• Maintain expertise in rapidly evolving Microsoft AI capabilities and proactively recommend innovative approaches that provide competitive advantages

What You Bring

• Extensive experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and deep expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps – Canvas Apps)
• Proven hands-on experience with M365 Copilot Studio and demonstrated success in building custom copilots or sophisticated extensions
• Strong background working with Microsoft Graph API and successfully integrating with complex enterprise systems
• Practical experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines or similar advanced AI integration patterns in production environments
• Comprehensive understanding of API integrations including REST services, authentication protocols, and data orchestration strategies
• Demonstrated success in client-facing or consulting roles, with proven ability to lead technical discussions and drive consensus
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and executive stakeholders

Nice to Have's

• Experience successfully integrating non-Microsoft tools and platforms into the Microsoft ecosystem
• Background developing AI/LLM-powered applications in enterprise environments with measurable business impact
• Proficiency with Azure services including Functions, Logic Apps, and other cloud-native solutions
• Experience establishing governance and security models for enterprise AI solutions, including compliance and risk management

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $150,000 – $185,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications
