What You’ll Do

• Drive Innovation: Take ownership of AI-centric projects from conceptualization to deployment, helping BenGen stay ahead of the curve.
• Build & Experiment: Develop, test, and refine machine learning models and LLM-based applications using the latest frameworks.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product and engineering leads to integrate AI features into our core offerings.
• Optimize & Scale: Analyze model performance and help scale AI solutions to reach our global user base.
• Continuous Learning: Stay on top of the rapidly evolving AI landscape, bringing new tools and methodologies to the BenGen toolkit.

What You Bring

• Recent Academic Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical field.
• Core Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• LLM Curiosity: Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning models like GPT-4 or Gemini.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: You don't just see bugs; you see puzzles that need an elegant solution.
• Bias for Action: You enjoy a fast-paced environment and prefer "shipping" over over-analyzing.
