In this role, you will design, build, and deploy production-grade AI and automation solutions that streamline operations, reduce risk, and drive measurable business impact across our financial services environment. You will partner with teams across the organization to uncover high-value automation opportunities, architect scalable end-to-end solutions, and help shape a well-governed automation portfolio that supports efficiency, growth, and long-term success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, including advanced workflows, RAG architectures, and large language model deployments.
- Create scalable automation pipelines that connect RPA, agentic processes, APIs, and enterprise platforms to improve operational efficiency.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model tuning, and responsible AI adoption across the organization.
- Mentor junior developers and help elevate team capabilities through knowledge sharing, technical guidance, and automation standards.
- Identify high-impact opportunities to automate banking workflows across loan origination, regulatory reporting, document intelligence, customer service, and compliance operations.
- Engineer intelligent solutions using machine learning, generative AI, robotics, and agent-based systems to modernize manual processes such as KYC, credit analysis, and fraud monitoring.
- Leverage bank-approved AI and automation tools to accelerate the software development lifecycle while maintaining strong code quality and reliability.
- Evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize large language models for financial services use cases, terminology, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner closely with cybersecurity and risk teams to ensure AI and automation solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with banking regulations and internal controls.
- Own the full AI solution lifecycle, from concept and prototyping through production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Design secure integrations between AI platforms and legacy banking systems using APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Apply strong data governance practices, including classification, minimization, masking, encryption, and access controls for data used by AI systems.
- Implement AI-specific security measures such as prompt-injection protection, model hardening, output filtering, guardrails, and secure model invocation patterns.
- Maintain secure AI development practices, including AI bills of materials, identity and access management, and enterprise-approved secret and credential storage.
- Document solutions, present technical recommendations, and share knowledge to support cross-functional collaboration and long-term success.
