Job Description

Our client is hiring 2 Applied AI Engineers to help build production-grade AI systems powering operational intelligence, workflow automation, and enterprise customer experiences.

You will work directly on AI-native product infrastructure, including LLM workflows, AI agents, retrieval systems, orchestration pipelines, and scalable AI-powered product capabilities.

This is a highly visible engineering role with direct impact on the company’s product direction and long-term AI strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production-grade AI workflows, agents, and LLM-powered systems that directly support enterprise customer operations, scalability, and real-world business outcomes.

• Design scalable retrieval, orchestration, and AI infrastructure pipelines

• Build AI-native product capabilities used by enterprise customers

• Support prompt engineering, evaluation systems, and AI reliability workflows

• Improve scalability, observability, and performance of AI systems in production

• Help architect an AI-first infrastructure

• Contribute to long-term AI product and platform strategy

Qualifications

• 3 to 8+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade backend, AI, or software infrastructure systems used in real-world customer environments.

• Production experience building AI workflows, AI agents, or LLM-powered systems

• Strong Python experience

• Experience with vector databases, RAG systems, or AI orchestration frameworks

• Experience building scalable backend systems and APIs

• Startup mentality with strong ownership and execution focus

Interview Process

• Initial conversation with our recruiting team (SaaS Talent)

• 1-hour introductory conversation with Founder / CEO

• Technical deep dive/system design interview

• Final 30-minute conversation with leadership and founders
