AI Workflow Automation Specialist

We're looking for someone who's genuinely fluent in AI — not as a buzzword, but as a hands-on tool for building workflows, automating processes, and connecting systems that actually work. You'll use AI to move fast and build smart across our internal tools — with the potential to bring that same impact to our clients down the road.

This is a hands-on role for someone who doesn't just advise, but builds, tests, and ships. You'll work closely with a small, scrappy team to eliminate manual work and create systems that make everyone's job easier and our business faster.

What You'll Do

• Audit our current tools and workflows, identify quick wins, and move fast
• Build and manage automations across our core stack (HubSpot, PandaDoc, GSuite, Quo)
• Use AI to power smarter systems — auto-responses, quote generation, PDF creation, and more
• Connect our tools so they work together seamlessly, reducing breakage and manual intervention
• Communicate clearly with the team about how systems work and how changes affect other roles

Who You Are

• Someone who builds with AI as their primary tool
• Comfortable enough with code to read it, troubleshoot it, and know when something's off
• Experienced building automations for small businesses — you know how to do a lot with a little
• Someone who understands the why behind what they're building, not just the technical execution
• A strong communicator who can make complex systems feel simple

• Salary: Contract role $100-120k per year
