Glint Tech Solutions is hiring an AI & ML Engineer for Washington DC / Canton, MD!

We are looking for a passionate AI & ML Engineer to help transform claim processing, provider prediction, and automation workflows for a leading healthcare payor. If you love building intelligent solutions that create real-world impact — this long-term contract role is for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build predictive analytics, automation frameworks, and ML models to support smarter decision-making Apply data mining, statistical analysis, and machine learning to uncover insights and improve processes Develop and maintain ML models and Generative AI solutions using AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, and AgentCore Enhance data pipelines, ensure data integrity, and deliver clear ad-hoc analysis Create anomaly detection systems and track their performance

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

STEM degree — Master's/Ph.D. with 2+ years OR Bachelor's with 7+ years of experience Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, custom models) Strong background in predictive modeling, ML, and data science Programming skills in Python, Java, and R Experience with Spark, Hive, Hadoop ecosystem, and SQL/NoSQL/graph databases Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS cloud platforms, and model deployment Agile/Scrum and DevOps exposure

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with AWS Bedrock & AgentCore Background in Healthcare Payor Insurance industry
