Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Automation Specialist / Agentic Workflow Engineer to design, build, test, and deploy modern AI-powered workflows and applications using the latest agentic coding tools, local models, and automation frameworks. This is a highly hands-on role for someone deeply immersed in the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem and comfortable operating in fast-moving, terminal-heavy development environments.
This role blends AI automation, software engineering, workflow orchestration, rapid prototyping, and infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities
AI Workflow & Agent Development
• Build and maintain AI automation workflows using modern agentic coding and orchestration tools.
• Work with local models, multimodal models (VLMs), and AI coding agents to develop production-ready systems.
• Create, test, optimize, and document autonomous and semi-autonomous agent workflows.
• Stay current on emerging AI tools, models, frameworks, and developer trends.
Tools & Technologies
Experience with tools and platforms such as:
• Ollama
• Claude Code
• Cursor
• Codex / Codex CLI
• OpenClaw
• Hermes
• NeoClaw
• Antigravity-style coding agents
• MCP-style tool integrations
• Workflow automation frameworks
Development & Infrastructure
• Build full-stack applications end-to-end, including frontend, backend, APIs, databases, authentication, deployment, and documentation.
• Operate effectively in Linux and macOS terminal environments.
• Work with SSH, tmux, Git, package managers, remote debugging, and headless server workflows.
• Deploy and maintain applications across cloud, VPS, and local GPU environments.
SDKs & Integrations
Work with modern AI and developer SDKs, including:
• OpenAI SDK
• Vercel AI SDK
• Agent and orchestration frameworks
• Coding agent SDKs
• API integrations and automation tooling
Requirements
• Daily hands-on experience with AI coding tools and automation platforms.
• Strong comfort operating in CLI-driven and headless environments.
• Ability to independently build and deploy SaaS-style applications from concept to production.
• Experience with local model workflows using tools such as Ollama.
• Familiarity with multimodal AI systems, VLMs, and AI media workflows.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using logs, terminal commands, and documentation.
• Ability to rapidly learn and evaluate new AI tools and workflows.
• Strong written documentation and communication skills.
Nice to Have
• Experience with Next.js, Supabase, Payload CMS, Vercel, Docker, or Coolify.
• Familiarity with ComfyUI and AI media generation pipelines.
• Experience with MCP servers, multi-agent systems, or autonomous agent orchestration.
• Experience deploying applications on VPS, cloud infrastructure, or local GPU servers.
• Knowledge of SEO automation, CMS automation, or business workflow automation systems.
